I am on the final stretch and I can hardly believe it. Most people start with a blog then move into a book. Since moving to South Africa and living at the very tip of the world, I have become a bit topsy turvy so why not attempt the impossible.
The book has arrived in the US and Canada. I will begin my publicity campaign in mid-july and hope to continue through the end of October. I have listed below the places I will be and where you can read and hear about my book EATS: enjoy all the seconds.
EATS: enjoy all the seconds is all about creating recipes from fruits and vegetables that have been poached, pureed, roasted and lots more. Leftovers are then reinvented into tasty menus that can be served to your family for an easy weekday meal or to your guests for a more formal occasion.
Learn tips and tricks to be used while cooking to reuse food items that might have been thrown out.
Acquire tips on how to choose and store different fruits and vegetables from your local supermarket, farmers markets or even your own kitchen garden.
Pick up green tips on growing fruits and vegetables in gardens or in flower boxes.

February 7, 2016 at 6:20 pmHi Joanne, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. This recipe uses up the mushrooms but no bread is in the recipe. That is a typo. Thank you for pointing that out to me.
Hope you enjoy them without the bread!
